This afternoon, Penny, Brent, Jessica and I climbed to the top of the hill behind our house. It was quite a climb and it required a great deal of huffing and puffing! Penny, Brent and Jessica are looking down on our neighborhood. Directly between Brent and Jessica's heads' you can see our yellow house.
Let's give a great big gnarly "Daily Item" round of applause to this man. Who bravely climbed the huge mountain on bad Achilles.(You know the drill: Click on the pictures to enlarge them)

It looks SO beautiful! We can't wait to come and see you guys sometime. We need to call you about that. I guess maybe we'll just talk to you about it next weekend. Good luck with the drive! (And the scary scorpions in the storage unit!)

awesome. I remember visiting cousins in Idaho when I was a kid and going on expeditions up the hills around where they lived. It was a lot of fun. It's just great having some kind of nature close around. And yes, congrats on making it to the top you old man.
Holy cow you have no idea how much I needed the congrats. It was crazy steep!!!
